Abstract

Harmonics and interharmonics detection is typically performed using the FFT (Fast Fourier Transform), along with the IEC 61000-4-7 grouping and subgrouping methods, which aim to cluster the spread energy in the frequency spectrum. However, for signals with deviations in the fundamental frequency, this approach becomes less efficient. Therefore, this work presents a time-domain interpolation technique that synchronizes the signal prior to the application of the FFT.
